Memorial Donations Each year many families designate Hand In Hand Hospice as the recipient of memorial donations made in memory of their lived one. These gifts help ensure that those who have no insurance or have inadequate insurance will receive the help they need. If you would like to make a monetary donation to Hand In Hand Hospice, please send your check or money order to: Hand In Hand Hospice Please indicate your name and address along with the donation so that we may properly acknowledge your gift. If you are sending your gift in memory of someone whom we cared for at Hand In Hand Hospice, please provide us with his or her name. We will send the family an acknowledgment of your gift also, making no mention of the dollar amount. Please remember, no gift is too small.
Wills and Bequests Some people have chosen to name Hand In Hand Hospice in their wills or have designated certain bequests from their estates. Money from these gifts is used as specified by the donor or as determined by the Hand In Hand Hospice Board of Directors. When you write or review your will, please consider a charitable bequest to Hand In Hand Hospice by including either one of the following instructions: “I give, devise or bequeath to Hand In Hand Hospice, 1015 Industrial Road, Suite A, Emporia, Kansas, 66801, for its general purposes, all (or include fraction) of the rest, residue or remainder of my estate, whether real or personal.” OR “I give to Hand In Hand Hospice, located at 1015 Industrial Road, Suite A, Emporia, Kansas, 66801, the sum of $__________dollars to be used for the general purposes of Hand In Hand Hospice.” Your thoughtful gifts regardless of size will make a difference in the lives of those who need quality care at the end-of-life.
