What is Hospice?
Hospice is for people who have an illness that cannot be cured and who want to live their remaining days, weeks, or months, with dignity and quality of life.  With hospice, patients can be surrounded by people and things they love, in the comfort of their own home or in a nursing home/assisted living setting.

When Should I Call Hand In Hand Hospice?
The best time to call Hand In Hand Hospice is when you, your family, or a friend has been diagnosed with a chronic and life limiting disease and needs our support services.
